At Ultimo, we believe the future of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) lies in intelligent, autonomous digital co-workers that help organisations work smarter, safer, and more sustainably. To accelerate this vision, we are launching a dedicated AI Innovation Hub, and we are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial Head of AI Innovation Hub to lead it. This is a unique opportunity to shape customer-facing AI innovation from the ground up, operating independently from our existing product lines, while strongly connected to our long-term product strategy. Your Mission: As Head of AI Innovation Hub, you define and drive Ultimo’s strategy for AI-enabled, market-ready innovations, with a strong focus on our Agentic Platform: digital co-workers purpose-built for the EAM domain. You identify real customer problems, experiment rapidly with the market, and turn emerging AI technologies into scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value. This role focuses on external product innovation, rather than internal automation. Responsibilities include defining and communicating a compelling vision for AI-driven innovation, owning the roadmap for the Agentic Platform, identifying new market opportunities, leading customer pilots, building and leading a multidisciplinary AI Innovation Hub, and positioning Ultimo as a leader in applied agentic AI. Qualifications: 8-10 years in technology, innovation, or product leadership, including 3+ years in AI or data-driven products; proven success in customer-facing AI initiatives; strong strategic and commercial mindset; deep understanding of modern AI technologies; excellent stakeholder management; experience in agile environments; bonus if familiar with EAM. Education: Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related; MBA or executive education in innovation or strategy is a plus.
