Tehtävänkuvaus

Our consultants are busy with client recruitment and headhunting assignments. We thought we would also have time to sell, but reality quickly showed that there are not enough hours in the day. Therefore, we are now looking for a person whose main task is to build new client relationships and grow WasaTalent's business. If you are motivated by goal-oriented B2B sales, building new client relationships, and genuine conversations with company decision-makers, you might be the person we have been waiting for. At WasaTalent, we believe that the best sales come from trust. We do not sell just recruitment or headhunting – we help companies find the right people to grow their business. Our clients are long-term partners, and we expect the same approach from you. Your workplace will be in Vaasa, but you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and developing your own client portfolio across Finland. You will work closely with our recruitment and headhunting experts, but you will also have the freedom to develop your own sales approach. You open doors, identify client needs, build solutions, and successfully close sales. We will ensure that the services promised to your clients are delivered with high quality by our experienced consultants. Your daily activities include active prospecting and new client acquisition, scheduling and conducting client meetings both remotely and face-to-face, preparing proposals, and closing deals. More importantly, you will build long-term client relationships and learn about your clients’ businesses so well that you can offer solutions in the future. We hope you have a genuine desire to do sales work and preferably experience with corporate clients. You are active, proactive, goal-oriented, enjoy meeting people, and understanding business. You communicate naturally with entrepreneurs and company management and can identify the true needs of clients. You are proficient with common office and CRM systems and can work in Finnish, Swedish, and English. What do we offer you?
