Pilke gently guides children on their educational path. Our afternoon activities include guided and child-centered activities, collaborative work, and gentle interaction. We recognize and support each child's unique abilities and strengths. We are seeking enthusiastic and child-loving Afternoon Activity Coordinators for our after-school clubs in the Lappeenranta area from August 10 to December 22, 2026. Possibility for extension after the turn of the year. The working hours mainly fall between 12:00 and 17:00, with 15-20 weekly hours depending on the task and unit. You will have time to familiarize yourself during an orientation, training, and planning period at the beginning of August before schools start. The coordinator's tasks include planning, implementing, and developing after-school activities for school children together with the after-school team. Successful performance in this role requires suitable professional education and/or experience working with children. We value initiative, creativity, and an energetic and responsible work attitude. Experience working with children with special needs is considered an advantage. Proficiency in Finnish is required. We offer an interesting job, a positive work environment, and support and training.
