Welcome to ANNU Social Services! ANNU Social Services was founded on Valentine's Day 2023 and is led by social and healthcare professionals. We provide social services to families with children, youth, and adults across Finland. The work is diverse and rewarding. We are a small company that cares for each other. Join the ANNU team in Forssa, Kanta-Häme. We are looking to add enthusiastic, development-oriented, and proactive professional support persons to our team. We expect responsibility and the ability to work independently and goal-oriented with clients. We are seeking professionals with prior work experience, especially those with expertise in mental health, addiction work, or experience working with neuropsychiatric clients. Primarily, we are looking for candidates with a university degree in social or healthcare (e.g., Bachelor of Social Services). Other suitable education with relevant experience and strong skills (e.g., Community Pedagogue) will also be considered. At ANNU Social Services: - No two workdays are the same; your work is varied, motivating, and skill-enhancing. - You will meet clients and collaborate with various networks and social work professionals. - The work involves mobility; therefore, a driver’s license and personal vehicle are recommended. - You will plan and schedule your workday, including client meetings. We follow the private social services sector collective agreement. The salary level for this role is G25E in the professional support person job classification. The work is hourly-based and depends on your availability. Working hours are mainly outside office hours, but initial meetings are during office hours, and some daytime meetings may occur.
