Construction Worker, Tampere We are looking for skilled concrete workers and construction workers with strong experience in the construction industry for our client. The work sites are located in the Pirkanmaa region, and tasks focus on framework and formwork, concrete pouring, and reinforcement installation. The work will start according to the site conditions. Your main tasks include: Building and dismantling formwork Preparing and executing concrete pours Installing reinforcement according to drawings Reading drawings and planning work phases In this position, you will work under a temporary employment contract, with Sihti as your employer. Temporary work involves three parties – the employee, the employer (Sihti), and the client company where the work is performed. Sihti handles salary payments, insurance, employment contracts, and all statutory obligations related to your employment. We ensure that your employment relationship is well managed. WHAT WE OFFER? Salary of at least 15.00-20.00€/h according to the construction sector collective agreement (TES), considering your skills and experience. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU? Several years of experience in the construction industry, especially formwork, reinforcement, and concrete work. Ability to work independently and professionally. Good physical condition and proactive work attitude. Having your own car makes commuting easier but is not mandatory. Bonus: If you have your own electrical tools, we pay a separate compensation.
