Start date: August 1, 2026 Group: In the upcoming operational period, you will work with a 3-4-year-old group Workplace: Hintsankuja Daycare Center We are looking for an early childhood education teacher to join a community that values collaboration and open interaction. You will have the opportunity to utilize your strengths and develop your skills through training and shared learning. We approach change positively and aim to grow together for the benefit of children and the team. You will work with a children’s group alongside another early childhood education teacher and three child caregivers. The group is additionally supported by a special education teacher. Your responsibilities include regular time for planning, assessment, and activity development. This position is suitable for you if: - Your interaction with children can be described as encouraging, caring, and gentle - You enable children’s participation and value their initiatives - You see children’s needs behind challenging behavior and find positive, supportive ways to assist them in daily life - You want to learn and understand together with the work community - You value teamwork and have a solution-oriented mindset Qualifications are determined according to the Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018) §§ 26 / 27.
