We are looking for a head chef for our client in Kuusamo for a full-time and permanent position. Interested in working in Lapland? If you have a passion for food, the ability to lead a team, and a desire to develop operations – you might be the person we are looking for! As a head chef, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen, leading staff, and ensuring high-quality food production. You will lead the kitchen team by example, participate in menu planning, and ensure that operations meet the company's concept and quality standards. Additionally, you will handle raw material management, cost efficiency, and compliance with hygiene and self-monitoring requirements. You will work closely with the rest of the restaurant staff to ensure smooth service and an excellent customer experience.
