We are looking for a construction worker for our client at a metro construction site in Helsinki city center. We are seeking a construction worker trained in railway safety for renovation work on metro tunnels and stations located in Helsinki city center. The job includes demolition work, assisting with construction tasks, and transporting materials. Experience in construction is not mandatory; a positive attitude and the ability to handle tools are sufficient. The work will start when a suitable person is found and is initially available until late summer, with good performers having the opportunity to secure a position for upcoming summer projects. If you possess the following qualities, you might be the person we are looking for: * Experience in construction is a plus, but primarily a proactive attitude — we seek someone who can perform tasks even without supervision. * Valid professional safety cards (work safety card and railway safety training for metro area railway work) — if not, these must be obtained before starting work. * Good Finnish language skills — the work language is Finnish. * High work ethic; the work is independent, and you are responsible for your own quality. * Good social skills; able to work well with others even in challenging situations.
