At the Huittinen social and health care center, you will work as a personal doctor as part of a warm and professional community. The operations are developed to make the daily work of a doctor smooth and meaningful. We are now recruiting two doctors for permanent positions for the Satakunta wellbeing services area at the Huittinen social and health care center. Huittinen offers a peaceful and safe environment to live and work. Daily life is easy thanks to short commutes, housing is affordable, and basic services function well. The natural surroundings and good transport connections to Turku, Tampere, and Pori make the town pleasant. Here, you also have time outside of work. At the Huittinen social and health care center, you will work as a personal doctor responsible for your own patient list. The work includes long-term outpatient care and urgent care during office hours. The job description can be flexibly tailored to your interests, and you can supplement your work with, for example, maternity, school, or student health services if desired. The work can also be partially done remotely, and we offer flexible options for reduced working hours based on your life situation. This way, you can build a suitable and meaningful overall package. Orientation is planned, and support is provided ongoing. You have the opportunity to influence your own work and the unit’s practices. Huittinen is a training health center approved by the University of Turku, so you can complete YEK services and specialize in general medicine. Additionally, there is a wide range of internal training, and your skills and additional qualifications are also considered in salary determination. The salary is based on the doctor’s agreement, and a career ladder salary system is used. We expect you to have the rights of a licensed doctor in Finland, good spoken and written Finnish skills, and an interest in personal doctor work and continuity of care.
