We are currently hiring a Product Designer (UI Designer) to be based in Amsterdam. Your responsibilities will be: Own the end-to-end product design for our consumer-facing app — from early concepts and wireframes through to polished, pixel-perfect UI Design mobile-first experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and truly consumer-grade in every detailContribute to and continuously evolve our design system, ensuring consistency in visual language and interactions across the platformPlan and run user research and usability testing to validate ideas, challenge assumptions, and refine your designsCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to deliver solutions that are both beautifully crafted and technically feasibleBring a strong point of view to product discussions — at Alleo, design is a strategic driver, not a downstream taskTranslate complex benefit offerings into simple, clear, and engaging user experiences that customers can easily understand and use. You'll be successful in this role if you: A strong drive to consistently raise the bar on visual and interaction quality across the product The ability to move fast without compromising on craft — you know when something is “good enough” and when it needs refinement A collaborative, opinionated, and reliable mindset that earns the trust of Engineers and Product Managers alike A genuine curiosity about health, well-being, and the everyday lives of Dutch employees — and the ability to translate those insights into thoughtful design decisions. What you should bring: 3+ years of experience in Product and UX Design, ideally within a consumer app, fintech environment, or a high-growth scale-up A strong shipping mindset — you’re comfortable moving quickly and delivering impact in a fast-paced environment A portfolio that showcases excellent visual taste, mobile-first thinking, and the ability to simplify complex user flowsHands-on experience with Figma, including design systems, component libraries, auto layout, and prototypingProven ability to design for mobile-first products, with a solid understanding of iOS and Android design patternsComfort embracing new technologies and adapting quickly — including advanced use of AI to enhance both your workflow and the product experienceA sharp eye for detail, with a passion for crafting premium, consistent, and engaging consumer-grade interfaces.
