We are looking for an engaged and analytical Business Analyst for our Late Collection product area, focusing on the Nova debt collection system – a central role working closely with operational activities to ensure needs are transformed into value-creating and feasible solutions. Nova is one of our critical collection systems used daily and an important part of Intrum’s delivery capacity. As a Business Analyst, you are a key person at the intersection between business and IT, responsible for understanding, structuring, and clarifying requirements, processes, and improvement opportunities. You work closely with the Product Owner, development team, operations resources, and business representatives, contributing to both further development and stable management of the system. The role also involves collaboration with other product areas as well as sales and marketing functions. The role reports to the Product Owner Late Collection. Your main responsibilities will be to: Capture, analyze, and structure business needs related to Nova and related applications. Translate business and operational requirements into clear, prioritized, and feasible requirements and user stories. Work closely with the Product Owner on backlog work, prioritization, and planning to ensure business benefit and correct deliveries. Ensure that requirements are clear, traceable, and well anchored with both business and technical teams. Participate in dialogue with the business about changes, improvement suggestions, and follow-up of delivered solutions. Support testing, verification, and follow-up to ensure deliveries meet set requirements and expectations. Contribute to good cooperation and clear communication between business and product. You are analytical and curious, with the ability to structure complex needs and identify value-creating solutions considering both business requirements and system capabilities. You are confident in dialogue with both business and technology and have a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
