The Traveling Team Supervisor will join us in bringing joy and energy to the dining table and building a better everyday life for children and young people. We are currently looking for a customer-oriented catering professional. About Us Espoo Catering Ltd operates throughout the Espoo area, providing meals to Espoo's kindergartens and schools daily for about 50,000 diners. Additionally, we offer meeting and event services for our internal clients. We have 13 team supervisors responsible for their own kitchen teams, which include multiple kitchens. What will you do as a Traveling Team Supervisor? - Act as a substitute in a varied work environment for team supervisors. - Lead your team in customer service and continuously improve service quality. - Be responsible for personnel management and daily operations of your team. - Ensure kitchen success with manageable daily operations, appropriate resources, and support when needed. - Oversee that meal service production and quality control operate efficiently and cost-effectively. - Develop your team’s cost-efficiency and performance. What kind of person are you? - Experienced in service business and supervisory work. - Capable of leading people, customer relationships, and processes. - Able to operate in changing situations and stay in control under pressure. - Self-driven and well-organized, but above all an inspiring and encouraging leader who motivates those around them. - Skilled in coaching and supporting team development, and able to work with diverse people and stakeholders. - Experienced in the food service industry and/or chain restaurant operations. - Possess relevant education (e.g., AMK degree or large-scale catering supervisor qualification) and fluent in Finnish, with good English skills; additional languages are an advantage. - Good IT skills and experience with food production systems (e.g., Aromi).
