We develop and expand companies, improve profitability, continuity, average age, and increase company value, as well as assist in selling the business. We provide entrepreneurs with the best possible support from the start. We guide and coach companies through management team and board work in a tailored and reliable manner. We aim for long-term and multi-year cooperation. Materials and resources are stored in KasvuApp, which is a shared digital workspace. We want to promote entrepreneurship and support business activity and its prosperity. We aim to be a facilitator of profitable growth and a long-term partner for success. The Future Growth Paths Group has regional companies in Espoo, Oulu, and Tampere. We also operate in Sweden. We are currently in a phase of strong growth, which is why we are now looking for an active, positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and Commercial Growth Coach to join the Tampere and Espoo teams. The role of the Growth Coach includes sales of coaching services and customer acquisition. Additionally, as a Growth Coach, you will help, advise, and coach clients on their business pain points towards profitable growth using the Step Model and Growth Paths concepts, tools, processes, materials, and operational guidelines. We expect: Enthusiasm for sales and engaging with new clients and people. Regional knowledge, contacts, and networks, as well as a desire, passion, and ability to establish and build new contacts and partnerships. Attitude, passion, and positive energy for developing and supporting profitable growth of client companies – you are like the most committed employee of a company. Ability to inspire and motivate people to change and implement daily changes. Experience and proven results in managing and growing a profitable business (marketing, sales, customer acquisition, production, finance, HR, leadership, strategic skills). Experience in scaling, growing, leading companies, or key roles. Willingness to dedicate your income to the success and achievement of client companies' goals. Good self-awareness and mature emotional intelligence. Goal-oriented, active, determined, and capable of execution. Interest in utilizing AI in your work to enhance clients’ business operations.
