We are looking for a CNC turner for our client in Akaa for full-time employment. The employment begins as a fixed-term agency employment, with the goal of transitioning later to the client's own payroll. This is a long-term and stable recruitment need. In your role You will work with CNC lathes in a production environment Utilize ready-made programs and make necessary modifications Be responsible for your part of production quality and smoothness Be part of a skilled machining team The work is mainly 2-shift: Morning shift 6–14 Evening shift 14–24 During the evening shift week, working hours are implemented with a 4 x 10-hour model. The working hours are 40 hours per week. What we expect from you Previous experience and skills in CNC turning and suitable education Ability to work independently and responsibly Careful work attitude and understanding of quality The role is not suitable for complete beginners, but you do not need extensive specialized skills – basic competence is sufficient. Salary and working hours Salary is based on skills, starting at approximately €14–15/hour, and higher depending on experience. There is also an opportunity for additional earnings.
