Through Recruitment Training, new vehicle crane drivers are now being recruited for the Kuopio and Jyväskylä locations. Success in the role requires readiness to travel to other company locations if needed. Those who successfully complete the training will be employed full-time by Nostokonepalvelu JK. The job includes a variety of tasks offered by Nostokonepalvelu JK: driving of vehicle cranes and combination vehicles, operation of telescopic handlers and installation cranes. Additionally, all surrounding tasks such as hall cleaning, vehicle maintenance, and repairs. The goal of Recruitment Training is to provide students with the knowledge and skills to operate independently on installation and mobile cranes in various conditions. The training also provides the necessary permits and licenses that meet today's strict criteria for construction sites, ports, machine shops, and other public places where machinery is operated. Recruitment Training is primarily intended for unemployed individuals and those at risk of unemployment.
