**Hourly work for students with good group management skills** A competitive compensation of 20 €/h is offered, with up to 15 hours available on the same day depending on your interest. Are you interested in hourly work where you can share the joy of learning and success? **Do you have good group management skills? Can you communicate effectively with children’s parents?** If you answered yes to these questions, you are the person we are looking for! Jyväskylä Basketball Academy (JBA) and HoNsU are seeking responsible instructors for basketball schools named after Lauri Markkanen. A background in basketball is beneficial but not required. All instructors will be trained separately, and pre-designed content will be implemented during training sessions, which will be provided at the beginning of each training period. The participants are 57 years old, so an adult can easily learn the necessary sport content. **The most important thing is the ability to enthusiastically engage a children's group and the courage to involve parents.** In addition to training and ready-made content, HoNsU’s coaching manager will support you in your work. Basketball schools organized by HoNsU are generally held on Sundays throughout Jyväskylä starting from Sunday, September 13, 2026. Some groups practice on Saturdays or weekdays, allowing us to flexibly build work packages that consider studies and other hobbies. The last session of the basketball schools will be on Sunday, April 25, 2027. We pay responsible instructors a competitive fee of 20 €/h, with up to 15 hours available on the same day depending on your interest.
