Gold Nuggets family daycare providers work in groups with a maximum of four children. The small group size allows for a variety of activities and experiences during the day, which you can decide yourself! We provide the framework for activities, but you retain the freedom to carry out your work. In addition to the freedom of work, the income from the job averages around €3000/month when caring for four children, with seven weeks of paid vacation per year. The work is carried out as a franchise entrepreneur within the Gold Nuggets chain. Don’t be intimidated by the word entrepreneur, as we have prepared everything for you. You do not need prior business experience, as long as you are passionate about early childhood education and get along well with adults.
