Primary location: JYVÄSKYLÄ We are currently looking for a SALES ASSISTANT for the Prisma Palokka grocery team. The position is permanent and part-time, 25 hours per week. The sales assistant's duties include various store tasks such as stocking fresh products, unloading deliveries, and customer service. Even on busier days, you will be supported by the entire team and sales manager Anne-Mari. We expect from you: - Previous experience in retail tasks - Enthusiasm for customer service and teamwork - Proactive approach to tasks, completing them efficiently and carefully - Flexibility to work different shifts – we serve customers with extended opening hours - Fluency in Finnish for customer interactions You will be supported by Prisma Palokka's excellent team, which will thoroughly introduce you to your tasks. We operate with extended opening hours, offering varied working hours and flexible routines. The salary is based on the retail sector collective agreement and depends on experience, ranging from €10.89 to €14.57 per hour plus evening and weekend bonuses. There is also an opportunity for performance-based bonuses of up to €1.50 per hour worked.
