WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR FOR BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS Our client is a well-known domestic family business specializing in bridge repair projects and specialized repairs. Your main responsibility will be to oversee client projects and contracts related to concrete and bridge construction in the Uusimaa or Pirkanmaa regions. Your final role will depend on your experience and skills. This position requires previous experience in maintenance and new construction of bridges in supervisory roles. Occasional travel within Finland to project sites is also expected. The suitable candidate will be hired directly onto our client's payroll. To succeed in this role, you need: Previous experience as a supervisor in bridge work Project and team management skills Quality and cost-conscious approach, with safety considerations Excellent written and spoken Finnish skills We expect you to have: Relevant education (e.g., construction engineer, civil or structural engineering) At least three years of experience in the field Good interpersonal skills A driving license (B) FISE certification and own car are considered advantages Job responsibilities include: Daily management of the construction site and subcontractors Ensuring safety and employee well-being Scheduling, planning, and financial monitoring of the project Collaboration with various stakeholders Management of additional and change orders We offer: Salary based on your skills, education, and experience Interesting tasks in bridge construction and repair projects Opportunities to influence your work, tools, and benefits Would this be your job?
