Commercial Director (Quantity Surveying) - Enersense International Oy - Helsinki, Suomi

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a Commercial Director (Quantity Surveying) to support our clients' data centre projects across several locations in Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis, and the position is available to start as soon as possible. In this role, you will take responsibility for leading the commercial strategy and performance of multiple data centre projects, with accountability for cost, contracts, risk, and profitability. Main tasks and responsibilities include leading the overall commercial strategy, managing project financial performance, overseeing cost management, leading contract management, acting as the senior commercial interface with clients, establishing best practices, proactively managing risks, and leading dispute resolution strategies. Requirements include extensive experience in commercial management or Quantity Surveying roles, proven track record managing large-scale construction projects, knowledge of contract law and procurement, experience in data centre or complex construction projects, leadership skills, financial acumen, negotiation skills, strategic mindset, and good command of English.
