We are seeking a dentist for Valkeakoski dental clinic on behalf of the Pirkanmaa wellbeing services county. Valkeakoski is a city close to nature, located by lakes, 35 km south of Tampere. The Valkeakoski dental clinic employs 7 dentists, 3 dental hygienists, and 13 dental assistants. Our modern facilities are equipped with WinHit patient information system, Romexis imaging system, and centralized appointment booking. You will have access to comprehensive specialized dental services provided by the Pirkanmaa wellbeing services county, enabling smooth consultations and patient referrals for further treatment. The qualification requirement for a dentist position is a licensed dental degree in Finland and the right to practice as a dentist without restrictions in Finland. We require good oral and written Finnish language skills and familiarity with the healthcare system. We value broad clinical expertise, a positive and active work attitude, flexibility, development-mindedness, and good communication and collaboration skills. The applicable employment and service terms are based on the Doctors' employment contract (LS), and the working hours are full-time. The position can start on 13 July or as agreed, with a 6-month probation period. The selected candidate must have valid vaccination protection according to the Infectious Diseases Act (1227/2016), section 48, and a certificate regarding tuberculosis of the respiratory organs, section 55.
