We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive sales negotiator for our client in a full-time position. In this role, you will be responsible for actively contacting partner companies by phone. Your tasks include exploring collaboration opportunities, presenting and selling services, and building and maintaining customer relationships. The position is temporary and full-time, primarily 37.5 hours per week. Work is performed on weekdays during office hours. We expect applicants to have: Good computer skills, e.g., Google and Microsoft tools Fluent Finnish and English language skills Initiative and active approach to work, as well as excellent communication skills Previous experience in similar sales roles and interest in commercial tasks are considered an advantage As a sales negotiator, your main tool is the phone, so you should be confident in contacting stakeholders by phone. The role suits someone who enjoys people-oriented work and is motivated to develop sales skills. You will encounter diverse customer situations, so success in the role requires calmness, resilience under pressure, and good situational awareness. You will work at our client’s office in Helsinki city center with a hybrid work model. Flexible working hours are also available. We offer a fixed-term employment contract until the end of 2026 through Eezy Personnel Services, with start date negotiable. The salary consists of a base salary plus commissions.
