We are seeking MIG/MAG and TIG welders for several clients in the Pirkanmaa region, including both those at the beginning of their careers and experienced professionals with strong skills and the ability to read and interpret customer drawings and welding symbols. Job Description: The work involves welding various steel structures. Most of the work (about 95%) involves basic steel, but there are also some special steels, which add variety and sometimes require a slightly different approach. Vertical welding is also important! We expect from you: * MIG/MAG and TIG welding skills * Ability to read and interpret work drawings * Precision and careful work attitude * Teamwork skills and initiative * Valid safety and hot work permits * Ability to work in shifts * Own car for commuting to the workplace * Good proficiency in Finnish Advantages: * Welding certifications Salary will be based on skills and experience, ranging between €15 and €19 per hour. The employment initially is a fixed-term full-time contract, with the possibility of direct employment with the client afterwards.
