In this expert role, you will play an important part in designing, implementing, and developing digital work environments. The work is a versatile combination of technical implementation, customer interface activities, and development of modern IT service processes utilizing artificial intelligence. The work involves a diverse mix of technical implementation and customer interface activities focusing on the Microsoft ecosystem. Responsible for designing and executing technical solutions in deployment and development projects. Assist clients and sales teams in finding suitable service solutions. Conduct product presentations and workshops, and develop technical plans (roadmaps). Participate in creating modern IT service processes utilizing AI. Provide Level 3 expert support and train internal production teams. This position is suitable for an experienced IT specialist who enjoys deep technical diving into the Microsoft ecosystem but also wants to act as an advisor directly to clients. We hope you have: Technical skills and problem-solving ability. Core competencies: Proficiency in on-premise solutions and cloud services (especially familiar with Microsoft Configuration Manager, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and SharePoint Online). Certifications: Relevant certifications or willingness to obtain them. Additional skills: Sentinel, Jamf, PowerShell scripting, macOS management, Power Platform, migrations, and security overlays. Consultative approach and attitude. Customer orientation: Ability to listen to clients, understand business needs, and propose solutions. Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting. Enthusiasm for sales-oriented work and finding solutions for clients. Ability to prioritize and organize work quickly in changing situations. Experience and language skills: Strong experience: Demonstrated project work and planned development of customer environments. Language skills: Fluent Finnish and English (both spoken and written). Education: Suitable degree or equivalent strong work experience. The recruitment process includes personality and cognitive ability tests.
