Join us in creating experiences with children's theater! Tanssiteatteri Raatikko is seeking a performance organizer-cleaner for a fixed-term, part-time position starting August 31, 2026. The work is located in Tikkurila, Vantaa, at Silkkitehdas. The work is tied to performance seasons, mainly from September to December and from February to May. The role primarily involves daily cleaning and maintenance of theater facilities. You will be responsible for the thorough cleanliness of the auditorium, lobby areas, and restrooms after each performance, ensuring the spaces are ready for the next day. If needed, you will participate in other theater organization tasks within working hours or as separately agreed additional duties. As a performance organizer, you also serve as the face of Tanssiteatteri Raatikko. You will greet visiting children’s audiences, guide them to the auditorium, and act as a hall supervisor during performances. After performances, you will manage audience guidance to bus transportation. You will meet our audience daily – both children and adults – and significantly influence the experience visitors have at the theater. Working hours and salary: 25 hours/week, from 8 am to 1 pm, with performances mainly in the mornings from Monday to Friday. Salary according to the theater industry collective agreement (Technical staff 1b, hourly wage division 163). We expect from you: Experience in customer service tasks, experience in cleaning public spaces, good cooperation and interaction skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, basic proficiency in Finnish.
