Your tasks In home care, your work involves customer-oriented and rehabilitative nursing, considering the client's resources. The goal is to ensure the client's good daily life and ability to live at home. The work is diverse and independent, with each day being different. You are responsible for planning the care of your own clients in collaboration with other staff. The job emphasizes communication skills, responsibility, and teamwork. You will utilize current nursing technology, such as medication automats, and assess clients' functional capacity using the RAI system. You will primarily work with the Taivassalo team, but also support Vehmaa and Kustavi teams as needed. The work involves two-shift rotation. What we expect from you We expect you to have an independent work attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to develop. Experience working with the elderly and in home care is valued. It is an advantage to hold a valid LOVe medication license (which can be obtained through the employer), as well as Pegasos, OMNI, and RAI skills. A driving license and access to a personal vehicle are required. Good spoken and written Finnish skills are necessary. The qualification requirement is a professional degree in social and health care (practical nurse) or an earlier school-level qualification in the field, along with a valid registration in JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
