We are now seeking a Director (AMK) for a fixed-term position from August 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027. As a family rehabilitation supervisor, you will support families with children in their daily lives. Your main task is to establish an open and trusting collaborative relationship with each family member and support a safe daily life for the family. The goal is to increase positive interaction, support the development of attachment bonds among family members, and strengthen the parent’s mentalization capacity. You will act as a responsible supervisor within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team and customer work teams, working with key networks for the family. The role may also include leading various groups. The work involves three-shift work, including evening and weekend shifts. The position requires a higher education degree in social services (sosionomi AMK) and previous experience in child protection or family work. It is also desirable to have a driver’s license and the ability to drive smoothly. Please note that client families may have pets in the rehabilitation residence.
