We are seeking experts for the public administration framework agreement competition (20262030): (Skill level requirements are in a separate Excel file, which I will send separately to the applicant for completion.) - Software Architect (skill levels 3 and 4) - FullStack Software Developer (skill levels 3 and 4) - FrontEnd Application Developer (skill levels 2, 3, and 4) - Backend Application Developer (skill levels 2, 3, and 4) - Scrum Master (skill levels 2, 3, and 4) - Specifier (skill levels 3 and 4) - UX/UI Designer (skill levels 2, 3, and 4) Roles are sought at skill levels 2 (2 years), 3 (5 years), and 4 (10 years). The procurement includes twelve (12) independent areas. Applicants can submit applications and be selected for one or more areas. The procurement is a framework arrangement. Application Development The services in this sub-area concern application development for systems implemented on-premise and in cloud services, with an emphasis on cloud services. The application development sub-area involves procuring software development services. Experts in this sub-area work either in agile project teams developing applications or as individual specialists in various assignments. Tasks related to application development include designing and programming new software and applications. Tasks and projects also involve integrating and developing IT solutions. The procurement may include technical design, implementation, deployment, further development, and maintenance.
