We seek skilled individuals to solve construction challenges in interesting projects within a growing and development-oriented team. You can read more about us here. As a Structural Designer, your work will include diverse design tasks in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The materials of the structures you design vary; we are particularly interested if you have experience in steel structure design. Projects are diverse, including industrial and commercial buildings, schools, daycares, and possibly other project types. You will be supported by a team of excellent team players whose attitude and skills are aligned. You will have colleagues’ support in all areas of structural design, access to the best tools and technologies in the field. We are eager to hear about your experience and skills, and the final job description will be tailored to you. The designated workplace is Turku, with flexible remote work options. To succeed in this role, you need an inquisitive mind, precision, and a desire to demonstrate your expertise and develop. We hope you will be confident in showcasing your skills, possess good communication skills, and work independently with a team-oriented attitude. We require a degree suitable for structural design (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and at least four years of experience in model-based structural design. Our design software includes Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, and RFEM. Experience with FEM calculations is an advantage. Certified qualifications and/or the prerequisites for applying for them are also valued. Proficiency in Finnish, both spoken and written, is required; on an international market, we are also interested if you can work in English.
