Your work will involve sites in the food industry, so experience in this sector is a significant advantage. Familiarity with equipment used in food manufacturing, such as dough mixers, ovens, and similar devices, as well as maintenance tasks, repairs, installations, and troubleshooting, is expected. Tasks may vary, and sites may change, but adaptability is important. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, welding, and electric motors is also required. We hope you have previous experience in the field, problem-solving skills, a positive customer service attitude, and a good work ethic. The work is mainly during weekdays from 7:00 to 15:30, but flexibility is appreciated. The employment begins as a fixed-term agency contract through Armstrong, with the possibility of long-term employment directly with our client after the probation period. Salary is based on skills and experience, ranging from €15 to €17 per hour. Requirements: Finnish language skills / working knowledge of Finnish (orientation/onboarding in Finnish), Vocational training or equivalent experience, B-driver’s license and own car (initially, work will be performed with own vehicle).
