If so, continue reading. We are currently hiring a refrigeration technician for our property services department to work permanently. Your work location will be Lohja, but your primary working area will be around Nummela, Tammisaari, Salo, Somero, and Karkkila. As a refrigeration technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration systems, as well as new equipment installations at our customer sites. Your tasks include project installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting during weekdays between 7:00 and 16:00. Our property services handle technical maintenance and repair tasks for commercial refrigeration, shopping centers, hotels, and office buildings. We ensure the technical functionality and energy efficiency of our customer properties, as well as comfortable conditions for end-users. We expect the following from applicants: - Basic or vocational qualification in refrigeration technology - Y3 certification or equivalent qualifications according to the new model for F-gas and hydrocarbon refrigerants (A1) and carbon dioxide (B) - Understanding of common automation systems in commercial refrigeration - Valid safety, electrical safety, hot work, and EA1 cards - B driving license - Fluent Finnish language skills - Impeccable background You have good interpersonal skills and steady hands. You are accustomed to working independently and planning, organizing, and managing your activities. Customer service orientation is a natural part of your approach.
