Are you an experienced solution architect / virtualization architect? We are looking for you! Do you also have leadership experience? Great! We are seeking to strengthen our team of solution architects, which maintains and develops the company's core production systems and products. The team is also responsible for certain subprocesses of service delivery, such as maintenance windows and capacity management. The open role involves taking responsibility for technologies selected by Magic Cloud and their main users, working partly as a solution architect. Additionally, you will lead the team as a manager to achieve the company's strategic goals, enabling the team’s success by removing obstacles. As a manager, you will be responsible for the team’s operational activities, results, and work satisfaction. You possess a suitable combination of technical understanding, architecture expertise, leadership experience, and a dynamic approach to driving initiatives forward. You understand and manage large entities well and can coordinate them effectively. You enjoy working with people, problem-solving, and continuously developing work methods and processes with your team and other stakeholders. You are capable of prioritizing and collaborating excellently. We value broad expertise, understanding of the bigger picture, and the ability to tackle responsibilities beyond defined boundaries. You will succeed when you have a comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure as a whole. You are deeply familiar with certain technologies, while your knowledge of others may be more surface-level. You have experience in leadership and a desire to lead people. At Magic Cloud, key technical areas include virtualization platforms (e.g., Nutanix, VMWare, HyperV), operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking (switches and firewalls), storage and backup solutions (e.g., Dell EMC, NetApp), container technologies (Kubernetes), databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB), and public clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP).
