We are currently seeking a Service Manager to oversee the comprehensive delivery of home-based professional services in the North Ostrobothnia and Lapland regions - Join our meaningful work at a Finnish social and health care company! As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for Onni's home care service operations in North Ostrobothnia and Lapland. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead professional family services nationwide. The role is diverse, combining managerial duties, financial responsibility, contract knowledge, and development of social and health care services. You will lead regionally distributed teams, ensure smooth and high-quality service delivery, and systematically promote growth and customer development within the service area. You will act as a supervisor for team leaders and support staff success. You will participate in expanding your service area, be part of the Onni home care management team, and report to the Business Director. You will utilize data and various systems to support leadership, and reporting will be a natural part of your daily work. You succeed in this role if you have experience in leading personnel and business operations in social and health care services. You hold a higher education degree in social and health care, understand the daily operations of service production, and recognize the public sector as an important partner. You can motivate people around shared goals and drive initiatives to completion. Proven experience in developing customer relationships and growing operations is essential. We especially value experience in leading social and health care services in the private social sector and home-based services. The role requires willingness to travel within the region and meet teams face-to-face. Initially, work will be conducted at least two days a week from the Oulu office.
