Your tasks include working in a multidisciplinary team, such as providing care and support with a rehabilitative approach, monitoring the well-being of multi-ill clients, and medication management. You should also be enthusiastic about developing new things together with other team members. Previous experience in home care is an advantage but not essential. REQUIREMENTS: - Practical Nurse Qualification - Driver’s license - Vaccination protection according to Infectious Diseases Act §48 - Good Finnish language skills - Valid LOVE permits - We will check a criminal record extract. The work involves two-shift work. You have the opportunity to influence your shifts. Salary: Private social services sector collective agreement. Vacation pay is negotiable when changing jobs. We are hiring new team members immediately once suitable candidates are found. Part-time and gig work are also possible. We are also looking for summer employees. Work can start according to agreement.
