Join us as an expert in Eastern Finland. We are seeking a skilled ownership arrangement specialist for the company formation and ownership arrangements team. The following are examples of tasks that may be part of your role depending on your background and skills; you do not need to master all of them: drafting property transfer agreements and other transfer documents, partition and inheritance division documents, power of attorney for guardianship, notarization of transactions, experience in establishing limited companies, e.g., through changes in business form or other ownership arrangements. In your work, you will collaborate closely with our clients, your own team, and client teams. Success in this role depends on customer orientation, teamwork, and learning skills. We hope you have experience in expert work. Knowledge of farm finances and relevant education are appreciated. Your workstation will be located at one of our offices (main offices in Kajaani, Iisalmi, Kuopio, or Ylämylly in Joensuu). Remote work is also possible flexibly. Our work arrangements are based on shared rules—ensuring smooth customer service while maintaining our organizational community.
