As an early childhood education social worker, you are a partner to families, a team member, and a promoter of multidisciplinary collaboration. Your tasks include acting as a developer of cooperation with families and strengthening educational partnership, supporting children's well-being, growth, and development together with the team, participating in planning and implementing community-based pedagogy activities with early childhood education teachers, guiding and supporting families in everyday situations, promoting children's participation, equality, and cultural sensitivity, actively participating in multidisciplinary cooperation, guiding child care assistants and aides in daily work, and contributing to developing the operational culture. What we expect from you: A degree in social services (AMK) and qualification for an early childhood education social worker role, experience in early childhood education or work with families, good interaction and cooperation skills, ability to encounter different families sensitively and respectfully, systematic work approach and development-mindedness, desire to build meaningful everyday life for children and families.
