We are now hiring a skilled and committed industrial assembler / mechanical installer for a permanent position at the Rauma assembly plant. Work tasks: * Assembly and installation of large mechanical and hydraulic parts and assemblies. * Following technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and quality instructions precisely. * Partial testing of finished equipment and final inspections to ensure high quality. * Close cooperation with other production professionals. What we expect from you: * Relevant education and experience: You have training in mechanical, metal, or other technical fields. * Previous experience in heavy industrial assembly or maritime industry is considered an advantage. * Skills and tool readiness; you can read technical drawings fluently. * Familiarity with heavy hand tools and lifting equipment. * Attitude: You perform your work carefully, precisely, and in compliance with safety regulations. * Proactive and enjoy working as part of a team. * Proficiency in Finnish. * Clean background, as we conduct security checks on employees.
