As our company grows, we are looking for full-time reception services supervisors for our customer sites in the Helsinki metropolitan area. As a reception services employee, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience. We work at various sites, where your role is central to creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations. The work includes: greeting and guiding visitors, customer communication and information dissemination, general organization and coordination tasks for reception services, tasks related to data processing (e.g., reservation systems, registration), and management of meeting and conference rooms (preparation, technical support). The work is performed at our sites, either independently or with a partner, depending on the location. Working hours are weekdays between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. We hope you have a service-minded and positive personality, excellent communication and interaction skills, good organizational skills and initiative, proficient data processing skills, and teamwork skills. Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to develop are most important.
