At JDM Media, we are looking for a media and digital sales representative to build their own client portfolio in new sales! We offer a good base salary and bonuses!!! The ideal candidate for our team is decisive, not afraid to work proactively on the phone and at various trade events. They are brave and persistent, self-directed, and care about their work. JDM Media is a flexible media and sales company founded in 2015, specializing in media sales, marketing, bookings, and various digital customer acquisition services in the B2B sector. Our goal is to shape the industry and be a pioneer in creating innovative sales, customer acquisition, and marketing services. Your tasks include building your own client portfolio by acquiring new customers, updating customer records, making offers, and negotiating deals. We provide modern tools and targeted prospect lists for acquiring new customers. Success in this role requires good organizational skills, determined self-leadership, decisiveness, and perseverance. We work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. Your job involves contacting potential new customers by phone, including entrepreneurs from various industries, CEOs, and marketing managers, as well as existing clients as your portfolio grows. The week begins with a team Monday meeting to review the past and upcoming week, conduct training, and boost morale for the new week. The workday lasts 8 hours including breaks. Your days will be energized by various competitions and bonuses, with rewards for achieving targets on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. We work in a relaxed but goal-oriented manner.
