Iso-Syöte Mountain Hotel is located on the southern border of Lapland, at the summit of Finland's southernmost fell. Relaxed and friendly service, delicious food, and stunning scenery create the perfect setting for memorable experiences. In September 2020, a beautiful restaurant called Hilltop was opened on the top floor of Iso-Syöte Mountain Hotel, offering pure northern flavors and views. The space, made of logs, features a large open kitchen and a glowing charcoal grill. We are looking for a summer waiter to join our top team at Iso-Syöte! The job includes full-service à la carte dining, and occasionally breakfast or lunch shifts. The work is mainly evening-focused. Requirements include experience with à la carte service and basic drinks knowledge. You are a team player and genuinely want to create memorable moments for customers. An energetic and proactive attitude towards work will take you far! We offer an incredible opportunity to work at the top of a mountain! The employment begins in June and continues until the end of July 2026, with a possibility of extension into the winter season 2026-2027. Salary is based on your skills, and accommodation at a reasonable price can be arranged if needed. The selected person will be employed through Lisäpalvelu Pohjois-Suomi Oy and will receive full support and security during employment. What do we expect from you? * A friendly attitude in customer service situations. * Experience in the restaurant industry and/or relevant training. * At least one year of experience in à la carte service. * Excellent teamwork skills. * Positive attitude towards work. * Basic drinks knowledge. * Finnish language skills are essential.
