Our dedicated providers open their homes to children forming their first relationships outside their family. Safe and high-quality early childhood education is every child's right, and we want to enable this with your help! Family daycare providers at Kultapalat care for a maximum of four children in their groups. The small group size allows for a variety of activities and experiences during the day, which you get to decide! We provide the framework for activities, but you have the freedom to carry out your work. In addition to the freedom of work, the income from the job averages around €3000 per month when caring for four children, with seven weeks of holiday accrued annually. The work is carried out as a franchise entrepreneur within the Kultapalat chain. Don’t be intimidated by the word entrepreneur; we have prepared everything for you. You do not need prior business experience, as long as you are passionate about early childhood education and get along well with adults. With us, you can achieve a higher income level, plan your workdays independently, and provide little ones with lifelong lessons and cherished memories.
