Humana Open Services offers impactful services to families with children and adults. Our main goal is to do everything possible to solve challenging situations for our clients, who are children, youth, families, and social welfare clients. The work may involve working with the whole family or with an individual family member. The starting point for work is always responding to the client's change needs. The work is on-call (part-time), so you can fit your schedule to suit your life. Working hours are in the afternoons, evenings, and possibly weekends according to client needs. We will agree on the start date together. The work is offered based on client needs and demand. The position is suitable, for example, as additional work alongside another job. Despite the job title of family worker, we carry out open services on a broad scale. The types of work include family work, short-term crisis family work, open family rehabilitation, professional support work, meeting place services, and home-based social services for adults. Most client work is done independently, but some tasks are carried out with a partner. We are now recruiting part-time workers for all the above-mentioned types of work. Salary: The basic salary for the position is between €16.71 and €18.35 per hour depending on experience, according to the collective agreement for social services (G24). Overtime pay is added according to the collective agreement. Additional personal compensation may be available based on special skills. We expect you to have a degree in social services (e.g., social worker, nurse) and at least two years of experience working with children, youth, or families within the last 10 years. Additional training and expertise, e.g., neurodiversity, substance abuse, trauma, are beneficial. A driver's license is necessary for home-based services, and owning a car is an advantage. Success in this role requires flexibility, independence, a positive attitude, the ability to learn new things, and good interaction skills.
