We are looking for a shift supervisor to strengthen our cleaning team in a permanent position. As a cleaning shift supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth and high-quality execution of daily cleaning tasks during your shift. You will act as the right hand to the supervisor and as a key link in internal communication within the cleaning team and in collaboration with other teams, especially the reception. Your responsibilities as a cleaning shift supervisor: Organize daily cleaning tasks efficiently during your shift Participate in cleaning accommodation and common areas Act as a contact person between the cleaning team, supervisor, and other teams Promote a positive work atmosphere and teamwork through your attitude and open communication Ensure that the quality, schedules, and details supporting customer experience are implemented as agreed Job Requirements: We expect you to: Have previous experience in cleaning work Be organized, capable of planning, and willing to take responsibility during your shift Be flexible, a team player, and have good cooperation skills with different teams Be customer-oriented and understand that cleanliness is an important part of the customer experience Maintain a calm, proactive, and solution-oriented approach even in busy situations We offer support for your success at work: A role where you can influence the daily smoothness of cleaning and develop procedures together with the supervisor and team An opportunity to do meaningful work in a growing and developing community in a unique environment.
