CHS Air & Sea Oy is seeking an air freight forwarder for handling air freight and air charter shipments on a fixed-term contract. CHS is a domestic family business and one of the largest logistics companies in Finland. CHS offers comprehensive transportation and freight forwarding services as well as supply chain management solutions. Your primary responsibilities include: Handling of air freight and air charter shipments (import and export), Organizing domestic pickups and deliveries, Arrangements related to transportation scheduling, Preparing air waybills and proforma invoices, invoicing for shipments, Preparing shipments (packing, labeling, handling dry ice), Communicating with suppliers and customers (email and phone). The position is temporary, estimated duration 5-10 months. Working hours are generally Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, with no remote work options. The job includes on-call duties approximately every third week during evenings, nights, and weekends. The workplace is at Tietotie 9, Vantaa.
