Site Quality Manager - Enersense International Oy - Helsinki, Suomi

Enersense Engineering is currently looking for Site Quality Managers to join our client's project team and support their construction sites in Vaasa and Helsinki. The role focuses primarily on data center projects and large industrial projects. As Site Quality Manager, you will support the Site Manager in all quality-related matters on site. Your role is to ensure that project-specific quality and compliance requirements are properly implemented, followed and documented in accordance with contracts and quality principles. You will also ensure that agreed compliance targets are communicated to the client. Main tasks and responsibilities: * Prepare and maintain project-specific Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) * Monitor site quality processes and inspections together with supervisors and installation teams * Coordinate third-party inspections and manage deviations and NCRs * Maintain quality documentation and handover materials * Use Dalux for quality tracking and documentation management * Support and advise the site organization and subcontractors in quality-related matters * Report quality status and progress in site and project meetings Requirements: * Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering or a related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in site quality management, preferably within steel or concrete construction * Good knowledge of quality standards and construction project processes * Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in a fast-paced site environment * Structured and organized working approach * Experience with Dalux and willingness to learn customer systems * Willingness to travel * English skills * Finnish, Swedish and other European languages are considered an advantage Due to GDPR regulations, applications will only be accepted through our official application system.
