Valo-Valmennusyhdistys is seeking a job coach/counselor for Uusimaa. The role involves individual coaching for our clients, networking with local employers and other stakeholders, and necessary reporting. Job coaching is always personalized and tailored to the client's needs, with the coach developing a job coaching plan together with the client. The main task of the job coach is to promote the client's employment and retention. The work primarily takes place at Valo-Valmennusyhdistys' Helsinki offices (Itäkeskus and Kamppi). A zero-hours contract provides flexibility in managing your workload. The employer is not obligated to offer work, nor is the employee obliged to accept it. However, we require commitment to the client's coaching process if you decide to take on a client. Coaching is provided to the client for 2-10 hours per month. Requirements for applicants: - Experience in job coaching and/or career counseling. - Education as a Bachelor of Social Services (AMK) or alternatively a specialized vocational qualification in Rehabilitation, Support, and Guidance, plus a suitable higher education degree. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Commitment to Valo-Valmennus' values and goals. - Independent and development-oriented work approach. - Ability to manage one's own work. Knowledge of Swedish and English is considered an advantage. The employment is temporary, on a part-time hourly basis, and follows the collective agreement for the private social services sector. The employment begins as soon as possible and lasts until December 31, 2026.
