Tehtävänkuvaus
We are seeking a technically skilled salesperson to strengthen our growing team of experts. In this role, you will not only present products but also serve as a technical partner for customers, understanding industrial processes and building comprehensive solutions. The position is permanent and based at our Kirkkonummi (Masala) office. Start date is flexible. As a technical salesperson, you will act as a link between customers' production, maintenance, and procurement. Your main task is to understand the customer's process, operating conditions, and technical requirements—and develop suitable product and material solutions based on that. The work includes: - Technical B2B sales and expert work (especially O-rings, hydraulic seals, and related components) - Familiarization with customer processes and application environments (temperatures, pressures, media, wear, service life, maintainability) - Developing solutions for process and machine workshop needs - Customer meetings and technical discussions across Finland - Preparing quotes and technical packages in collaboration with purchasing and inventory - Processing orders, maintaining pricing, and monitoring sales - Documenting sales activities in CRM systems (Odoo, InfoCloud) Working hours are weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm (flexible 7 am–5 pm). Remote work is possible, but we prefer presence at the office about three days a week to ensure smooth technical collaboration with the team and warehouse. You will excel if: - You have a technical background or strong understanding of industry (e.g., process industry, machine workshop, maintenance, or equipment manufacturing) - You can see how products function as part of the customer's overall process - You can connect technical knowledge to the customer's business and practical needs - You enjoy technical problem-solving and discussions with experts - You want to sell solutions, not just individual products Previous experience with seals, hydraulics, pneumatics, or bearings is a plus, but the most important thing is the ability to learn and apply technical knowledge practically. You do not need to know everything immediately—we will thoroughly familiarize you with products, materials, and applications. Requirements: - Experience in technical sales, industrial tasks, or B2B environment - Strong Finnish language skills - Sufficient English skills for supplier cooperation - Willingness to travel domestically for customer visits - Valid driver’s license (own car is an advantage) About the company: Tisan Oy is a family-owned company founded in 1994 in Kirkkonummi, which has grown from an importer of O-rings to a comprehensive industrial seal and hydraulic solutions provider.
