We are looking for a skilled cook for Linkosuo's new restaurant Min Maku. No flavor without fire! MIN Maku is a restaurant in the heart of Tampere, at the Technopolis on Yliopistonrinne. The kitchen features an authentic Mibrasa charcoal grill, where fish, vegetable, and meat dishes are prepared. The restaurant combines Scandinavian ingredients with Mediterranean flavors. MIN Maku offers breakfast, MIN Lunch Table set menu, and MIN Chef dishes, as well as fresh salads. In the afternoons and evenings, MIN Moment gathers small bites, specialty coffees, and sparkling drinks for relaxed breaks and events. Job responsibilities include: · Preparing high-quality and tasty lunches · You will also prepare breakfast items, small snacks, and dishes for orders according to customer requests We hope you have: · Several years of experience in similar roles · An energetic work attitude and team spirit · Commitment to providing customers with delicious culinary experiences · A hygiene passport · Experience with Mibrasa charcoal grill is a plus What we offer: · Work begins around August at the opening · Permanent full-time employment, 112.5 hours / 3 weeks · A diverse work environment where you will join a professional team Salary at least MaRa TES 13.70-15.04 € / h, but we welcome your preferences.
