We are now looking for a Structural Design Project Manager in Tampere, Espoo, Oulu, or Kuopio. As a specialist in data centers and industry, you will boldly help us build a better future! We seek skilled individuals to solve design challenges in data center and industrial projects in an engaging, growing, and development-oriented work community. As a project manager, you will lead the design team and ensure the progress of industrial and/or data center structural design according to agreed schedules and quality criteria. You will work closely with both external and internal stakeholders. You will lead the daily work of structural design, coordinate the design team’s activities, and ensure smooth progress through effective collaboration and a practical approach. A positive and sales-oriented approach to work is also appreciated. The role requires a suitable degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and previous experience in similar tasks. In structural design, we use Tekla Structures and AutoCAD, in addition to Office software. Experience with RFEM, Navisworks, and Trimble Connect is considered an advantage. The position requires fluent spoken and written Finnish, and the ability to work in English in an international market.
