You are responsible for the pedagogy of your own group, guide children's learning, and participate in the development of the daycare. You utilize artificial intelligence and digital tools for planning and assessment, but your most important work tool is yourself, a professional in early childhood education who brings your expertise to the team and recognizes children's needs and opportunities.
